Unifexa Technologies was founded on a single observation: Pakistani businesses were running on five or six disconnected tools and losing hours every day stitching them together. We built the platform we wished existed.
From Frustration to Platform
In 2022, our founders were consulting for mid-size distributors and manufacturers across Lahore and Karachi. Every client had the same problem: a separate POS, a separate inventory sheet, a separate accounting package, and a WhatsApp group for HR. Nothing talked to each other. Decisions were made on stale data.
We spent a year mapping the workflows that actually matter in Pakistani commerce — from the retail counter to the warehouse to the finance office — and designed a platform that mirrors them. Unifexa launched in 2023 and has been growing with its clients ever since.
Today we serve businesses across retail, distribution, manufacturing, and services. Our mission remains the same: give every Pakistani business the operational clarity that was previously only available to multinationals with seven-figure IT budgets.
